This appellant stands convicted of violation of our prohibition law, Section 93 et seq., Title 29, Code of Alabama 1940, in that he did have in his possession, sell, barter, etc. prohibited liquors, in Lauderdale County, Alabama.

We judicially know that Lauderdale County, Alabama, is a dry county.
