This is a bill in equity filed by the appellant to obtain from the appellees, J. H. McDowell and W. O. Dailey, an accounting for the wrongful sale of partnership timber and damages for profits that would have accrued had the timber not been sold. After hearing the testimony the chancellor dismissed the complaint for want of equity.
