Plaintiff filed a bill in chancery to set aside a deed and for an accounting. Plaintiff is an aged Polish lady, unable to speak or write the English language and of the age of 72 years.

On May 28, 1946, she and her husband were the legal owners and tenants by the entireties of a farm in Charlevoix county, Michigan. For some time prior to the above date, there was discussion among the family as to their future care and maintenance...
