Arnold Lehmann, a licensed real estate agent, executed a written offer to purchase certain property which was owned and occupied by Mr. and Mrs. William T. de Valcourt. This offer was dated June 25, 1948, and was accepted by de Valcourt. It contained a stipulation reading as follows: "Possession 60 days...
