The appeal is from an order in a supplementary proceeding entered in favor of the judgment creditor by the Circuit Court of Dade County, Florida.

Robert H. Fatt, Jr., brought suit for breach of contract against Riley Builders, Inc., a Florida corporation engaged in the general contracting business.
