This is an appeal from a judgment for plaintiff in an action for damages resulting from a collision between a school bus and a car owned and operated by plaintiff's decedent who died as a result of the collision.

The collision occurred about 8 a.m., of February 12, 1948, on M-188, a State highway and at a point approximately 3 1/2 miles south of Eaton Rapids. Highway M-188 is a north and south road with blacktop surface of a width of 20 feet. The...
