This action was brought by plaintiffs, J.M. Thaxton and Lonie Thaxton, against the defendants, Bert A. Purcell, Fred A. Purcell, and J.W. Garr, seeking to construe a deed to lands in Oklahoma county, made by defendant Bert A.
