Appellees R. L. Morris et al. sued appellants J. W. Berry et al. in the district court of Wise County, Texas, in trespass to try title to a tract of land of approximately 74 acres located in said County and being a part of the J. W. Berry survey, lying west of the west line of the E. P. Russell survey and lying east of the J. W. McClain and W. T. McClain surveys.
