The plaintiffs below (appellees here) were awarded judgment against the defendants (appellants here) on account of personal injuries, medical expenses, loss of time and the destruction of their automobile as the result of a rear end collision in the nighttime when a car occupied by them and being driven by the plaintiff, H.R.
