The plaintiff's employee was killed when he drove the plantiff's truck across a railroad grade crossing in Windsor. The plaintiff, in the second count of his complaint, alleges that the death of his employee was caused by the negligence of the defendants. He seeks to recover the workmen's compensation which he is obligated to pay to the dependents of the deceased.
