This District has heretofore been before the Supreme Court, Hobbs et al. v. Moorhead Drainage District, 205 Miss. 679, 39 So.2d 307. The cause was reversed and remanded so that necessary interested persons might be made parties, and the merits of the petition thereupon heard. This decision was handed down March 14, 1949. After remand, the commissioners for an approval of the new assessment of benefits...
