This cause came on to be heard upon a petition for certiorari to review an order of the circuit court denying the motion of the petitioner, Dixie Improvement Company, to amend its answer.

The court has the opinion that this petitioner should have been allowed to amend paragraph 6-B of the answer; so the petition is granted so far as the motion refers to that paragraph, and the order declining permission to enter it is quashed. Otherwise the petition...
