SEBRING, Justice.

The appellant was convicted of the crime of maliciously threatening to accuse another of crime with intent thereby to compel the person so threatened to do an act against her will. He appeals from the judgment and sentence, assigning as a ground of appeal that the evidence is not sufficient to support the verdict and judgment.
