DOOLING, J.

Ralph T. Spolter died on July 30, 1946, from injuries received in an accident which occurred July 28, 1946. Deceased was the owner and driver of the automobile at the time of the accident. Ethel Truncale, Helen J. McNeill and Morris Roberts, who, with a Mr. Wilkie, were guest passengers of Spolter at the time of the accident were injured in the same accident. Spolter's wife and two minor children, suing for the wrongful death of Spolter, are plaintiffs...
