Eula Mae Vines Combre, administratrix of the estate of her late husband, Oliver Combre (hereinafter sometimes referred to as decedent), and natural tutrix of their minor child (Beatrice), seeks in this cause the revocation or annulment of an act of sale executed by decedent in favor of his sister, Hattie Combre Brown, which affects certain real estate in the City of New Orleans known as Municipal No. 4115 Clio Street.
