These and the two following cases involve substantially the same factual and legal issues. Complete opinions in each case would necessitate much repetition. The general situation will be stated in this opinion. Such issues in the other cases as are not determined by or differ from those herein will be discussed in the other cases. Abbreviations will be used extensively in a further effort to keep these opinions within reasonable bounds.
