The sole question presented by this record is whether a cause of action against the defendant Nicholson, under the doctrine of concurrent negligence is stated by the petition as against a general demurrer. Martin v. McAfee & Co., 31 Ga.App. 690 (3) (122 S. E. 71).

"It is well settled that there may be more than one proximate cause of an injury; the proximate cause of an injury may be two separate and distinct acts of negligence...
