Plaintiff, a New York corporation engaged in the lithographing business, contracted to sell to defendant Kamm Games, Incorporated, of Connecticut a quantity of novelty baseball games designed by the latter, to be manufactured on lithographed paper of certain specifications which are here in dispute.
