The plaintiff, appellant here, filed a bill of complaint in the court below to compel the defendant-appellee to perform the provisions of a final decree of divorce entered by a Tennessee Chancery Court in which plaintiff was awarded alimony in the sum of $100 per month so long as defendant's income remained as much as $250 per month, or 40% of defendant's income if it should be less than $250 per month.
