The plaintiffs herein are the heirs of Albert Goins, and as such, they are the owners of the Southwest Quarter (SW¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of Section 11, Township One (1) South, Range Ten (10) West, situated in Vernon Parish, Louisiana, being part of the property obtained by patent from the United States by said Albert Goins of date June 18, 1901.
