ADAMS, Justice.
This case comes to this Court directly from the Probate Court for the District of Rutland on exceptions to the order of the Judge of Probate requiring the appellant to file a surety bond in the sum of $10,000 before allowing an appeal from an order of the court in regard to the executor of the Perry E. Bove Estate selling or transferring certain assets of the estate. The case is here under V.S. 1947, § 3086.
