Three actions were instituted in the district court by the owner of a building in Junction City to recover under three contracts of fire insurance for damage to his building. There was a separate contract of insurance with each insurance company and the three actions were consolidated for trial in the district court. The only issue was the extent of damage to the building and the jury verdict was for plaintiff...
