Plaintiff instituted this action to recover the sum of $15,000, alleged damages by reason of defendant ANTHONY M. MEYERSTEIN, INC.'s (hereinafter referred to as "MEYERSTEIN") failure to vacate the premises located at 42-42 Vernon Boulevard, Long Island City, Queens County, New York, hereinafter referred to as the "Queens Premises".
