Henry Martin, nominated executor in an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Fannie French, sought to have the same probated. Various of her heirs at law objected alleging that she was mentally incompetent to make a will and that the same was the result of undue influence exercised over her by the proponent and the beneficiaries. They and such beneficiaries asked that the nominated executor be enjoined and restrained from contesting...
