This is a proceeding under the Workmen's Compensation Act.

Appellant, Clarinda Perez, while employed by appellee, Fred Harvey, Inc., as a housemaid in the employer's hotel at Albuquerque, New Mexico, was shot and seriously injured by Rumaldo Padilla, a fellow servant. The cause was tried to a jury and at the close of the case the trial court sustained appellees' motion for a directed verdict and entered judgment dismissing the complaint....
