This is a Workmen's Compensation case. Plaintiffs below and appellants here are the widow and children of Federico Atkinson who was an employee of Pan Am Foods, Inc. Appellee is the insurance carrier. After appellants had completed the introduction of their evidence, appellee moved for an instructed verdict which was overruled by the court.
