This is a prosecution brought by the State in Rutland Municipal Court for an alleged violation of V.S.1947, § 6393 relating to fishing for trout. Trial was by jury. The case is here on the State's exception to the granting of the respondent's motion for a directed verdict on both counts in the complaint at the close of the State's case.
