Mary Lee Trask instituted this action against Arcadia Valley Bank and Maurice T. Wallen, Administrator of the estate of J. B. Wallen, deceased, to establish a gift causa mortis in the sum of $5,362.61, being monies on deposit in said Arcadia Valley Bank in the name of J. B. Wallen, at the time of his death.
