This is a libel suit, filed by J. O. Fitzjarrald against Panhandle Publishing Company, Inc., to recover actual damages in the sum of $25,000 and exemplary damages in the sum of $10,000. The jury found that petitioner was entitled to actual damages in the sum of $14,333. No exemplary damages were awarded petitioner.
