This is an appeal from a judgment for defendant in an action to recover damages from a meat packer and a local food dealer by a plaintiff who alleges that she was injured by eating meat, which had been processed by the packer and which she had purchased from the dealer. The case was submitted to a jury which exonerated the defendants of liability and the only questions presented by the appeal relate to the constitution...
