This is an action by the beneficiary named in an accident insurance policy issued by the defendant to plaintiff's husband, Andrew N. Thun. A jury trial resulted in a verdict in favor of plaintiff for $5,000. After the verdict the trial court allowed a motion for a directed verdict made by defendant at the close of all the evidence, upon which the court had reserved its ruling, and judgment was entered...
