This is an appeal from a judgment obtained against the defendant corporation for losses sustained in gambling games.

The plaintiff commenced action against Benevolent and Protective Order of Keglers, a corporation (hereinafter called Keglers), and Orien W. Gross and Theresa Gross, husband and wife. At the close of the plaintiff's case, a motion was granted to dismiss Gross and wife from the case, and we shall not further concern ourselves...
