Appellant, Claude Shields, was convicted of burglary. The jury recommended mercy and the trial Judge imposed a sentence of seven years. The only question raised by the exceptions is whether the Court erred in refusing a motion for a directed verdict upon the ground that the evidence was insufficient to sustain the charge.
