This is a suit by appellant, F. D. Rolfe, against appellees, Bert Johnson and wife, Lucy Johnson, to require specific performance of an alleged oral contract to convey 160 acres of land in Cross County, Arkansas. This appeal is from a decree denying the relief sought by appellant and dismissing his complaint for want of equity.
