This is an action for divorce which was brought by the husband, Donald M. Rowland, against his wife, Nita Rowland. The latter filed a cross bill in which she asked that she be awarded a decree of divorce from plaintiff. At the hearing of the case the court denied relief to either party and dismissed both the petition and the cross bill.
