Appellant Connell is the purchaser of a second-hand automobile from one Caruthers, operator of the Kaiser-Frazer agency in Prescott, Arkansas and appellee Robinson is in the used car and auto loan business in Fort Smith. Robinson brought an action in replevin in the Nevada Circuit Court to recover from Connell possession of the car. From a directed verdict and judgment for the plaintiff below Connell has appealed.
