This suit involves a provision in a lease calling for the interpretation of an overriding royalty clause and a unitization and pressure maintenance agreement. The defendant has appealed from a judgment of the lower court decreeing the plaintiff to be entitled to an overriding royalty, and ordering an accounting. The plaintiff has answered the appeal asking for the reversal of that portion of the judgment decreeing the oil payment subject to severance...
