This action was brought to partition a 120-acre tract of unimproved farm land. Admittedly, plaintiff and her sister, defendant Jennie Donner, each owned an undivided one-half interest therein, as tenants in common. Defendants Forrest Trowbridge and Ernest Donner, who both defaulted, were their respective husbands and interested only as such. Defendants Robert L.
