Plaintiff, White System of New Orleans, Inc., brought this suit against defendants, Willie Mae Hall and Frank Hall, seeking judgment against them jointly, severally, and in solido for the sum of $541.79, with interest at the rate of eight per cent per annum from July 7, 1948, until paid, and with twenty per cent attorney's fees, said amount being the balance due on a promissory note for $609.65, dated February 19, 1948, payable to "bearer" in installments...
