Lawrence, to restrain appellee from locking a gate and closing a passageway which appellant alleges he was using for travel to and from his lands situated on either side of appellee's lands; on said date, the trial court in chambers entered its fiat restraining appellee Lawrence from locking said gates in question, and setting...
