This is a suit by an automobile salesman, Robert A. Nieberding, against defendant, for commissions alleged to have been earned by him in procuring orders for the sale of automobiles while employed by defendant. The amount claimed in the petition as due plaintiff was the sum of $7,555.09. The answer admitted that plaintiff was entitled to the sum of $960.79, and said amount was tendered to plaintiff by said answer and deposited in the registry...
