On December 11, 1947, the appellee filed its bill of complaint in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County against The Mills Cut Rate Liquor Mart, Inc. and Hillard Donner, asking for an injunction enjoining and restraining the defendants, their agents, servants and employees from advertising for sale, offering for sale, or selling distilled spirits and other alcoholic beverages known as "Calvert" or "Carstairs" products...
