This is an appeal from an order of the State Corporation Commission denying a request of the Atlantic Coast Line Railway Company, hereinafter designated "appellant," authority to close its station at Carson as an agency station.

Appellant contends that the action of the Commission is unreasonable, unjust, arbitrary and amounted to confiscation of its property.
