In this action, sounding in negligence, the trial court found that negligence of the defendant was the proximate cause of the plaintiff's injuries but denied recovery because it concluded that the relationship of principal employer and employee under the Workmen's Compensation Act existed between the defendant and the plaintiff. Whether that conclusion was justified is the question raised by this appeal.
