This is an action brought by the plaintiff to quiet the title of land in him as against the defendant Sarah G. Norton, arising as a result of the recording of certain contracts between the plaintiff and the defendant. After the action was initiated the defendant had joined as parties defendant certain heirs of a deceased sister on a showing that an undivided one-third interest in the land had been conveyed to the sister by Sarah G. Norton....
