Wiles, in the Circuit Court of Preston County, to enjoin the defendant, Ashton Wiles, individually and as executor of the will of Walter Wiles, deceased, from making sale, upon real estate possessed by the plaintiff, of several articles of personal property owned by the plaintiff.
