This suit in equity was instituted by the plaintiff, James H. Wiles, in the Circuit Court of Preston County, to enjoin the defendant, Ashton Wiles, individually and as executor of the will of Walter Wiles, deceased, from making sale, upon real estate possessed by the plaintiff, of several articles of personal property owned by the plaintiff. Some of this personal property is in the possession of the plaintiff on the real estate of which he is possessed...
