The question in this case is whether the district court has jurisdiction. That court sustained petitioners' pleas to the jurisdiction and dismissed the suit. The Court of Civil Appeals reversed the judgment of the district court and remanded the cause, holding that the district court has jurisdiction. 229 S.W.2d 842.
