Dr. Davidson sued Mr. and Mrs. Haggard for damages incurred to his automobile by reason of the loss of oil due to negligent and faulty installation of an oil filter, and for loss of use of the automobile. Verdict and judgment were for plaintiff in the amount of $361.67. Defendants appeal.
