This is a suit for damages for personal injuries and to the automobile of the plaintiff growing out of an accident on Highway No. 64, East of Pulaski, Tennessee, in which the plaintiff's automobile ran into the rear end of defendant's truck which was parked after dark on the pavement of the highway without lights burning.
