Petitioner's eating place beer license was suspended for a period of five days after a hearing in accordance with the provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law. The order of suspension recited the finding of the State Liquor Authority that the licensee violated subdivision 6 of section 106 of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law in that it suffered or permitted gambling on the licensed premises...
